Manage Portfolio: New brand acquisition and pricing strategy, category merchandising on website, Managing product portfolio and inventory management  2. Vendor management: Vendor sourcing & management, vendor relationship management  3. Market Study: Field visit to understand brand positioning in market as well as explore other/new brands  4. Customer management: Managing key customer relationships, developing multiple channels- online and offline, optimizing omnichannel sales- through mix of online and offline sales  5. Marketing- Developing relevant category content(cataloging) for marketing and promotions, working closely with digital marketing team to optimize spends across different digital channels  6. Category Analytics: Proficient in analytics to identify growth areas and execute   7. Assisting the offline sales team in preparation of RFQ responses and ARC pricing for Big Enterprise clients  Candidate Profile:   1. Engineering Graduate from Tier 1 institute.  2. Work Exp: 1-3 years with understanding of the (category) channel, supplier base with experience across sales and marketing of the category in industrial setup  3. Self-starter, problem solver to identify process gaps and troubleshoot them.   4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - execution focused.  5. Ability to execute in rapid growth and fast paced environment - an ability to work with ambiguity in a start-up environment.  6.
