Job Overview :

We are searching for someone to Head our Cataloging Department to lead our New product creation, catalog hygiene and visual merchandising. Manage all aspects of catalog creation & expansion. Will be responsible of managing a team of catalog analysts and provide leadership for cataloging to ensure high thru puts, SLA and Quality of our Product Catalog. The person should be a good people manager with a strong process orientation.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of Catalog associates to ensure smooth functioning of daily operations for eCommerce including Updating Product Catalog.

- Establish processes to measure productivity of resources working in catalog operations team, data quality, speed to cataloguing, quality of content and images

- Work with Category owners, Merchants, SEO & Marketing teams to deliver high quality content, images and how to videos of products to promote products online through visual merchandising.

- Ensure Data Hygiene of large online product catalogs.

- Design and create regular reports and queries to identify data errors in catalog

- Project manage New product digitization

- Oversee the product content presented on Website Marketplaces.

- The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in the entire e-commerce operations ecosystem.

- Contribute to solving and reducing issues in the catalog for optimizing the speed of the catalog upload process.

- Manage and create individual and bulk listings of new products on the e-commerce portal.

- Write engaging and descriptive product descriptions to improve conversions

- Ensure that the catalog contains accurate, comprehensive, and high-quality product information -

- Try incorporating new techniques & automation into the creation of catalogs on e-Commerce portals.

QUALIFICATIONS :-

- Minimum 5+ years of marketplace experience is a MUST

- Experience in E-commerce cataloguing and managing portfolio on marketplaces is a MUST

- Experience working on data cleaning, data manipulation and large datasets is a MUST

- Advanced knowledge of Excel and image editing tools like photoshop etc. is a MUST

- Working knowledge of SQL is a PLUS

- Comfortable with data analysis and reporting is a MUST

- Good command on English to be able to check & Audit and modify content

- Demonstrated understanding of web technologies, browsers, analytics, reporting and content management systems and processes

- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and show constant entrepreneurial initiative -

- Strong project management skills

- Strong analytical skills to guide business strategy decisions

- Strong Communication skills

- Extremely detail Oriented
