The Sales Manager will play a key role in increasing our market share within the MRO sector. This individual will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and building long-term client relationships to achieve sales targets and company goals. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, sales performance data, and customer feedback to develop effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will lead our sales team towards exceeding our sales targets through informed decision-making and targeted client interactions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed sales performance objectives.

- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.

- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.

- Collaborate with marketing, inventory-management, customer service, supply chain, and other team members to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.

- Utilize data analytics to inform and develop sales strategies aimed at achieving sales targets.

- Lead and inspire the sales team by translating data insights into actionable sales plans.

- Collaborate with the data analytics team to monitor sales performance and market trends.

- Stay abreast of advancements in data analytics and sales technologies to ensure our sales approach remains competitive and effective.

- Regularly report on sales activity and market trends, using data to highlight successes and identify areas for improvement.

- Ensure sales strategies and approaches are aligned with the overall data-driven culture of the company.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a sales management role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through a data-driven approach.

- Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and decisions.

- Strong understanding of the MRO industry, with expertise in data-driven sales methodologies.

- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights in an understandable manner.

- Proficiency in sales and data analytics software and tools.
