Responsibilities :

- Design order planning and execution processes, to ensure that order fulfillment timelines are met in any case.

- Manage end to end supply chain.

- Complete warehouse and inventory management.

- Meeting SLAs & TATs.

- Streamlining communication channels between Sales, Operations, Accounts and other teams.

- Build relationships with logistics partners/third party vendors, negotiation & ensuring best prices.

- Ensure that the order execution is as per the agreed processes.

- Manage/Train the warehouse team.

Required Candidate profile :

1. Top engineering college(IITs/ IITs/ NITs/ RECs/ NSIT)

2. Desire to move to an eCommerce company

3. Very high problem solving capability and ability to work in a high growth chaotic environment independently.

4. Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgements

5. Well versed with Microsoft Excel skills.

6. Analytical decision-making to recognize & process high potential requirements.
