Assistant Manager - Human Resource We, at Industrybuying, are looking for smart, dedicated HR professionals to participate in the company's decision-making process by developing and directing an HR agenda that closely supports organizational goals. The primary goal is to make sure human resource policy and procedure throughout the organization fit the needs, goals, and aims of the organization and its top leadership business. The incumbent shall be responsible for the following: Learning and development: - Execute smooth and effective learning and development programs for junior and mid-level employees to ensure job enrichment and enhancement. - Monitor feedback on the training programs and improvise thereafter. - Deliver the programs to maximize job learning and satisfaction, thereby improving productivity. Recruitment: - Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. - Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. - Utilize market research and industry trends to stay updated on best practices and innovative recruitment methods. Employee engagement: - Design, implement, and analyze the results of employee engagement /pulse survey to identify suitable engagement initiatives and use outcomes to help drive organizational improvement. - Execute company-wide events such as town halls, annual awards, show off, etc., - Plan and execute a yearly calendar of activity according to the budget assigned. HR Operations: - Employee satisfaction surveys and identify areas of improvement. - Prepare and present a comprehensive report to the management and suggest a tentative plan of action. HR Dashboards: - Generate HR Dashboard for senior management: Head Count, Attrition Analysis, Recruitment Report, Open position updates, BGV Report, Ageing Analysis using MS PowerPoint & Excel. - Prepare ad-hoc reports related to HR team as per the requirement. - Act as SPOC for HR Data, responsible for data analysis, maintain data quality and database enhancements and manage referral/vendor payout. Attrition Analysis: Conduct monthly attrition analysis and exit interviews to identify reasons of separation. Formulate plan of action to manage employee turnover. Required Candidate profile: - Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 4-6 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. - Highly analytical, problem solver with excellent communication skills - Should be well versed with both IT and Non-IT hiring. - Well versed with recruiting tools and ATS software - Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
