We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to help us build our brand and raise brand awareness.
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Identify Potential Brand Partnerships: Research and identify potential industrial brands and manufacturers that align with our company's vision, values, and product offerings.
2. Negotiation and Collaboration: Engage with potential brand partners to negotiate pricing, terms and conditions for collaboration, getting advantages for all the ongoing schemes that brand is offering
3. Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with brand partners, serving as the main point of contact for all tie-up and related matters.
4. Catalog Expansion: Work closely with internal teams, including category managers, catalog team to ensure the seamless integration of new brands and products into our online catalog.
5. Monitor Market Trends: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify potential opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
6. Sales and Revenue Growth: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that leverage brand tie-ups to drive sales, increase revenue, margins and achieve business growth targets.
7. Promotional Campaigns: Plan and execute joint promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives in partnership with brand allies to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
8. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of brand tie-up efforts, providing regular reports and insights to management, with a focus on optimizing results and maximizing return on investment.
Qualifications and Skills :
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree would be a plus.
2. Field Experience: A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in industrial sales, business development, or related roles within the industrial sector, preferably in the ecommerce industry.
3. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the industrial products and equipment market in India, along with a good grasp of market dynamics and trends.
4. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and deal-making abilities with a track record of successful brand partnerships and collaborations.
5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and negotiate effectively with brand representatives.
6. Relationship Building: Adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally.
7. Analytical: Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics, draw insights, and make data-informed decisions.
8. Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
