Job Description

This position is to our sister concern team MIR (Market Intelligence Report) in Hyderabad

The Sr Manager/Associate Director of international sales is responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing, and product development programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.

This position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within that department as well as strong execution skills.

Skills Required :

- Should have very good communication skills, verbal as well as written coupled with exceptional presentation skills.

- Should have prior Experience in working across different Geographies - North America, EMEA, and APAC.

- International Sales exposure is a must.

- Industry Exposure should be varied.

- Should be a Result oriented individual with strong analytical and interpersonal skills and a quick learner with high levels of adaptability and ability to take initiative.

- Should have knowledge of MS office (word and excel) and should know how to use Internet

- B2B Frontline Sales Role.

- Strong Execution skills.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for the entire process of lead management, sales and business development for MIR Sales.

- Drive scale and growth through proper sales planning and precise execution.

- Client acquisition campaigns and lead generation to build a flagship brand for market research to the global clients.

- Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets

- Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.

- Develops and recommends product positioning and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.

- Oversees and evaluate the situation and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.

- Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.

- Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines

- Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.

- Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales programs.

- Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.

- Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units.

- Should be well aware and have practiced the sale cycle from lead creation to closure.

- Direct marketing sales of the market research reports and customized research reports and consulting projects.

- Responsible service delivery ensuring client retention and reference.

- Provide the market intelligence, data analytics and insights for the sales team to launch the right promotional and customer communication initiatives

- Should head the MIR sales team and be an effective team player with exceptional planning and execution skills coupled with a systematic approach and quick adaptability with the Logical and analytical bent of mind.

- Responsible for achieving targets in the designated areas.

- Developing and maintaining of database regular reporting &follow-ups.

- Mandatory SkillsLead Generation, Cold Calling, Demand Generation, Appointment Setting, B2B Lead Generation, Sales, Presentation skills
