Job Description: CPR Industry SME - Composable Commerce

Location: Bangalore/Mumbai/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai

Role Description:

- As an Industry SME - Composable Commerce, you will play a crucial role in advising and guiding our clients on the implementation and execution of composable commerce solutions. You will leverage your deep understanding and expertise in omni-channel commerce enabled retail (Brick & Clicks/Pureplay Online) or CPG brands to deliver successful outcomes for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Acting as a subject matter expert, providing insights and recommendations to clients on composable commerce strategies, best practices, and implementation approaches.

- Utilizing your experience in commerce enablement or execution for retail (Brick & Clicks/Pureplay Online) or CPG brands in various digital models such as B2C, D2C, B2B Commerce, or B2B Marketplace.

- Demonstrating a solid understanding and hands-on experience in implementing platforms based on composable commerce/MACH (Microservices, APIs, Cloud-native, and Headless) principles.

- Implementing and customizing leading commerce platforms/suites such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce, Adobe Commerce, Fluent Commerce, etc., to meet client requirements.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

- To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Extensive experience working in omni-channel commerce enabled retail (Brick & Clicks/Pureplay Online) or CPG brands.

- Proven expertise in commerce enablement or execution for retail (Brick & Clicks/Pureplay Online) or CPG brands in at least one of the following digital models: B2C, D2C, B2B Commerce, or B2B Marketplace.

- Strong understanding and hands-on experience in implementing platforms based on composable commerce/MACH principles.

- Demonstrated proficiency in implementing and customizing leading commerce platforms/suites such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce, Adobe Commerce, Fluent Commerce, etc.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective composable commerce solutions.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business) is preferred.
