Manage sales support and operations team with responsibility for:
- Billing Orders
- Monitoring stock outs and receipts and billing accordingly
- Following up with sales team for order stoppages and ensuring cleared
- Timely despatches, transport optimisation
- Sales and purchase bill finalisation and closing
- Issue resolution in case of despatch or billing failures
- Training new team members for above tasks.
- Plan for team increase as we scale.
- Managing in times of team downtime without loss in sales/failures in despatches.
