Industrial Lead - Business Development - Real Estate Project Management Firm

Urgently looking for an Industrial Lead (Business Development)

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Responsible for executing the sector sales & strategy plan to enhance the market leadership position as a Real estate project management firm.

- Responsible to own & meet the sales targets for the sector and must drive growth in sales.

- Responsible to build & maintain strong client relationships and gain leverage on existing connections to develop a steady pipeline for YoY growth for the sector and in geographies where we might not have presence.

- Responsible for connecting with cross-functional teams to generate new leads and prospects for the business and identify cross-sell opportunities. Actively participate in Cross sell opportunities with a specific focus on industrial sector.

- Must analyze & be agile to market trends and adapt to any shifts in marketplace for their impact on business results/forecasts, and must react to enhance earnings.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Should have an educational background in the engineering discipline.

Should have knowledge of building and construction projects.

Should demonstrate senior leadership competencies including sharp business acumen.
