Industrial & Asset Services Role - Real Estate (8-15 yrs)

Position Purpose and Nature: -

1. Identify new clients and advise them in taking informed decisions on industrial land acquisition/ disposals or optimally utilizing their existing real estate assets.

2. Sourcing properties/ conducting site inspections/ negotiation and closure of deals for warehousing requirements

3. Exposure to real estate financial modelling

4. Understanding of competitive bidding, auction process

5. Independently handling client requirements

6. Execute and close deals (the actual lease/ sale of properties negotiations etc.).

7. Monitor and handle legal and other documentation pertaining to the same.

8. Keep abreast of latest developments on mergers/ acquisitions etc. Responsible for cross selling of other service lines to all clients.

9. Plan and maintain Systems and processes for all internal and external clients.

Key Accountabilities and Duties: -

1. Identifying new clients and generating leads.

2. Understanding the client's requirements and suggesting warehouse and logistic parcels to suit the same.

3. Taking the client for an inspection of the short-listed properties.

4. Executing and closing deals (the actual lease/ sale of land parcels).

5. Handling documentation pertaining to the same.

6. Keep abreast of latest developments / commercial properties available in various pockets of Gurgaon.
