Looking for motivated energetic, dynamic leaders with an exposure to bank culture, relationship management in Bank Culture.
- General Insurance Professional with an over all exp. of 10-12 Years of experience in Bancassurance Sales and SME GI distribution, Tele Sales Experience would be an added advantage.
- Through Knowledge of Retail and SME General Insurance products, candidates with exposure to GI SME Sales in Business Banking and Corporate Banking Experience would be preferred.
- Understands the product and distribution competitive environment.
- Hands on with Market insights and experience of working on products suited to the nature of markets.
- Strong project development and management skills.
- Strong Understanding in of IRDA Guidelines and compliance of Corporate Agency Guidelines.
- Ability to work proactively with key internal and external stakeholders eg. Partner, Operations, Marketing, Legal, compliance etc.
- Strong Analytical Skills and an eye for detail.
- Proven Track record in planning and execution of new assignments and challenges.
- 10-12 Years of experience in General Insurance Business in Branch Banking/Business Banking/Corporate Banking, Must be Proficient in SME Products.
