IndusInd Bank - Zonal Training Manager - Retail Banking

Job Description:

- BFSI Experience, preferably in Retail Banking.

- Produce plans to meet training and development needs, and manage training delivery, measurement and follow-up as necessary.

- Aligning with Business & Identifying training needs across the respective regions of IndusInd bank

- Content Development with respect to the training needs & performance gaps

- Measuring the effectiveness of all trainings conducted by self-line, vendors & e-learning.

- Achieving total number man-days training hours in a FY

- Evaluating employees current level of knowledge & skills by conducting assessments & keeping the line in region informed

- To maintain key relationships with Senior Managers across region in Bank and external providers to ensure effective learning solutions are in place to support business objectives.

- To work cross functionally and cross site to pro-actively engage with key stakeholders to ensure a full understanding of the business and be able to offer solutions which ensure the successful delivery of projects in their areas and the wider business

Role Expectation - To lead the development and execution of the learning and development strategy in relation to induction, products, processes and business projects, ensuring it supports and prioritizes the delivery in regions. To work in partnership with the business to manage training needs at region level in collaboration with zonal manager.
