JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
A] Service:
- Ensuring continuity of operations between ECCSE and Operations
- Improving FTR for the zone
- Handling customer escalations and ensuring faster resolution
- Reduce Branch TAT within the zone
- Nil Pending Transactions at day end
- Optimum utilisation of manpower- Back up management in branches
B] Compliance:
- Closing existing pendency of BOE & Export Bills for the zone
- Approving exception cases e.g BoE/Export bill o/s beyond threshold
- Exception Handling in branches, Liaison with product & CPC for transaction approvals
- Reduce birth rate of outstanding BOE & Export Bills in the zone
- Visiting mapped branches to check and ensure process adherence, housekeeping and branch hygiene
C] Client Engagement:
- Reduce Customer Attrition for the zone
D] Digital:
- Increase digital penetration for the zone- Connect Online, Email led processing
E] Onboarding & Capability Building
- Hiring and Onboarding of Trade Desk Managers
- Greening of Trade Desk managers on Product & Process Knowledge
- Conducting Trainings for the team
