Job Purpose:
Responsible for Consumer Current Account Business in the Zone, driving NTB acquisition & value, channel activation for CA & improving resourcing CA productivity within the zone.
Key deliverables:
- Owning the CA budget (ETB+NTB) for the zone from a product perspective
- Be the single point of contact for product & process knowledge on Current Accounts & support the branches/channels in the zone for acquisition, service & relationship management of clients
- Ensure all channels are activated on NTB CA sourcing & achieve their NTB targets
- Support channels & branches with product customization wherever required
- Customer segment specific approach with customized product in the areas assigned for CA acquisition
- Responsible for growth in ETB CA book from the mapped channels by driving product penetration & increase in channel activation in the mapped base
- Drive the initiatives taken by Corporate Office & Product team on CA business growth on both ETB & NTB
- Provide feedback to Central Product team & work closely with them to define product strategies
Technical Knowledge:
- Thorough understanding of Banking Products, especially Current Accounts
- Experience of Liability Account Sourcing & Understanding client requirements
- Exposure to Cross sell and Relationship Building
- Good working knowledge of Finacle, CRM Next and I Works
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of KYC and AML
