IndusInd Bank - Zonal Manager - Human Resources

Job Summary:

- To look after HR for Zone covering employees of all the Business divisions (Consumer Banking / Assets / Branch Operations) in the zone.

Detailed Responsibilities:

- Work closely with concerned HR Partners and Business Heads in implementing HR plans for the Business divisions in the zone.

- Meet manpower plan in synchronization with business growth projections

- Develop innovative recruitment tools and diversify sourcing base for hiring candidates as per the specified TATs

- Work alongwith training team to develop training plan and strategy based on training need assessment

- Collate and develop goal sheets based on performance targets for all the divisions in the zone.

- Effectively handle Annual Compensation revision & mid - term promotion / revision exercise for the zone.

- Coordinate with HR operational process team for employee query resolution to issues relating to on boarding, payroll, PF, gratuity, leave encashment, exit, etc. for the employees of all the zones.

- Interact with line managers to understand HR issues and handle critical employee grievances

- The person should have managed a team under him / her with exposure to entire gamut of HR activities. The individual would manage the key stake holders and partner with them to ensure business effectiveness.

This role is based out of Hyderbabd, Chennai, Ahmedabad,Mumbai,Chandigarh,Lucknow,Rajasthan,Kolkata.
