Overall Job Description:
The candidate will be required to grow and manage the portfolio, acquire new clients and develop business of the assigned portfolio / region. They would be coordinating with various product teams like Relationship Managers, Transaction Banking Group etc for important deliverables. Also liaison with internal support teams including Operations to ensure service delivery. The candidate is also responsible to maintain strict compliances with relevant RBI guidelines, internal policy & processes.
Specific Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive growth in liabilities book especially current account portfolio.
- Track movement in key accounts and take steps to increase the contribution from each account.
- Support new client acquisitions as well as maintaining and enhancing the existing portfolio.
- S/he should have market knowledge required to identify potential customers, industry & segment.
- S/he should be able to network with industry bodies, professionals, advisory & law firm to identify business opportunities.
- Achieve the assigned budgets for Liabilities, Transaction banking & other fee, cross-sell
- Engage with product, operations and other teams to execute transactions and ensure smooth functioning of the business.
- Maintaining and publishing dashboards, trackers, MIS and updates
- Account planning, increasing wallet share & cross-sell other banking products
