Job Responsibilities :

- Portfolio analysis and risk monitoring for identifying credit risk in the retail portfolio

- Secured and unsecured products

- Vetting of policies / product programs pertaining to retail loans

- Vetting of new / enhancement/ review product programmes / SOPs etc.

- Preparation of risk analysis reports / dashboard pertaining to retail credit portfolio / product program at regular intervals for submission to Top Management

- Regular discussion with Business Units to understand business-level credit policies / product programs and the ability to apply this knowledge to specific situations from risk analysis perspective

- Highly analytical in Portfolio Risk review and recommending appropriate actions

Key Skills - At least 6-8 years' experience on handling retail products Portfolio Analysis / Product Analysis / Risk Monitoring side in Banks / NBFCs

- Knowledge of using SAS/Python/R and other analytical software in data analysis, modelling, and reporting is desirable

- Guiding businesses on product profiling based on outcome of risk analytics and B-scores

- Thorough understanding of the retail credit underwriting and/or portfolio risk management process

Educational Qualifications - Educational Qualification: CA/ MBA. An additional professional certification such as CAIIB / FRM etc. is desirable.

- Experience: Minimum 4 or more years of relevant experience (upto 12 years)
