Job Title : Sales Manager- CARDS

Reports to: Regional Sales Manager

Direct Reportees: 12

Desired Candidate Profile:

- MBA having relevant experience of 4-7 years in Sales & Distribution preferably of Financial Products will be an added advantage.

- Must possess strong team handling, Communication, interpersonal & writing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver assigned Revenue and Number targets.

- Identify opportunities and generate sales opportunities through database deals and Corporate/bulk tie ups.

- Follow and adhere to the strict KYC norms set for the team.

- Conducting corporate and kiosk activities in corporates

- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

- Should be a MBA with 4-7 years of experience in relevant sale roles.

Compensation basis the candidate profile & current CTC.
