IndusInd Bank - Regional Sales Manager - Personal Loan & Credit Cards

- Achieve targets for the Personal Loan & Credit Card business through lead generation and fulfillment from the Open Market and alternate channels.

- Manage and Grow Disbursals from existing/new DSA channels in Personal loan & Credit Cards.

- Maintain the Target Yield/PF/Approval rates.

- Management of Channels - Regular training/interactions and Updates.

- Building Distribution through addition of new channels - DSA

- Manage internal stakeholders - related with business.

- Manage a team of SM's / Team Leaders for delivery.

- Comply with audit related items.
