- To deliver budgeted sales volumes, profitability and Fee Income in the designated geography
- To undertake new client acquisition, retention & growth for larger customer base
- Responsible for overall fee/Revenue/ Book acquisition under LAS product
- Responsible for team handling & its efficiency to meet targets
- To ensure risk management, policy/process adherence & documentation
- To handle direct & branch banking teams to drive LAS business
- Redressing customers query and liaise with other team (Branch and CPU) to give prompt solutions
- Ensuring relationship with customers for OD & Limit disbursements
- Ensuring quality service standards & understanding the process
- Knowledge about depository & DP transactions
