IndusInd Bank - Regional Sales Manager - Broking - Retail Banking

- Coordinating for the Regions to achieve its broking revenue, Acquisition & margin Value targets for the Equity Broking segment in close coordination with the branches of the Cluster/ Region & Brokerage vertical

- Cross sell of 3-in-1 accounts on existing customer base

- Directly Responsible for acquisition (Broking accounts) & Revenue targets through Channels/Branches/ Sales vertical

- Preparing the business plan for the regions to achieve the projected numbers with margin value & revenue.

- To be responsible for sourcing & handling HNI & Ultra HNI customers for broking relationships( Not advisory).

- Organizing reviews on monthly targets & Broking accounts activation.

- Ensuring quality standards on operational flow & compliance at the regional level

- Ensuring to organize lead management for cross selling of Broking product through channels & directly with direct sales vertical

- To be responsible for Analyzing margin reports & brokerage yield for the regions & acquisition of corpus/Margin under Broking portfolio.

- Keeping himself/herself updated on the Equity markets & Depository services.
