Purpose :
- As a project manager, will lead a number of key projects for the business unit and the business. Primary responsibilities will include projects in Prepaid Cards and ATM domain
- As a business analyst, will be the functional expert on the specified application(s) he/she will be the sole point of contact between the business unit and Information Technology's Application Development Specialist
- Manage projects related to Loyalty programs, Secured Card payments and Depositors
- Additional responsibilities of Debit Card Issuance will be granted basis adequate experience
- Manage multiple projects involving Travel and Corporate Prepaid cards for usage in India and overseas.
- Manage applications and changes related to Loyalty program solutions and Secure payments (2- factor authentication).
- Process design and documentation, User manual and Risk management document creation and updates
- Will be responsible for a full range of activities which ensure the operational effectiveness and excellence of the business unit.
- Design and document workflow and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness
- Lead a team of business analysts and testers involved in projects of cards and other payment instruments

Preferred Domain Exposure
- Must have complete understanding of Prepaid and Debit card Issuance, production and usage
- Needs to possess basic knowledge of general ledgers
- Expertise on clearing and settlement for INR and Cross Currency settlement preferable
- Knowledge of Acquiring - direct and sponsorship
- Understanding of various payment solutions and instruments
- Preferred if handled projects on Mobile wallets, Pockets etc.
- Expertise on Settlement and reconciliation understanding
- Basic knowledge on other web and online applications
- Functional knowledge of Switch and API based solutions
- Interchange and Dispute Management functions.
- Banking / NBFC exposure or Payment services exposure
Work Experience
- Minimum 4 years experience in relevant fields such as Banking, Card industry or Payment processing.
- Experience of handling financial reconciliation and payment processes is a must
- Knowledge in Cards, Mobile and Internet banking and Payment Gateways will be preferred
- Basic experience working with Excel and developing and maintaining various analyses and reporting tools
- Proven ability to bridge technology and business goal to provide productive solutions to the required stake holders
- Experienced in interfacing with key business units including Product, Operations, Vendor Management and Technology Research
- Effective communication, presentation and relationship management skills to interact with top management, vendors and business partners
- Must have experience and skills to co-ordinate, direct and manage multiple stakeholders in developing, implementing strategies and solutions on varied technologies and platforms.
- Quick learner who can rapidly adapt to emerging technologies.
