- To lead, execute, implement and deliver the AI/chatbot project in Digital Banking Channel.
- To drive the usage of chatbot and enhance customer experience on website, mobile site and mobile channels.
- To understand the requirement shared by product teams
Overall Job Description
- Interact with multiple cross functional teams including Product, IT, Operations and be responsible for end to end Project delivery in Digital Domain including Requirements, Solution Design, Implementation, UAT and Rollout
- Conceptualize and implement Business Solutions for the Consumer Banking Group in the area of Digital to standardize operations and service activities. Implement the defined processes and ensure that systems are in place to measure implementation
- Create business process documents for various Channel initiatives and manage integration though various Channels
- Manage end to end implementation and integration of Conversational Banking Services (Chatbot/Alexa/WhatsApp) using AI and integrate the same with Finacle, Bank CRM, Credit Cards, Loans and similar applications within the Bank
- Expertise in Project Management, Change Management and Business Process Re-engineering in a Banking or Financial Service Industry
- Role will be extended to driving business-technology innovations across service and self service delivery channels including Mobile, NetBanking or ATM
- Prior experience in implementing NLP (Natural language Processing) and Machine intelligence based Projects is preferred
