- New initiatives like how to build CASA in commission agents, dairy segment, Rural NRI belts, Poultry/ Fishery segment etc and operating model and products to enter/ penetrate into these segments - Liaising with regional business heads to understand the ground feedback on any struggling segment and come up with recommendations to change the same - Creating business plan for the bank over medium to long run in Rural banking - Managing stakeholders of various third party fee products and drive the initiatives/ enablement to scale up the revenue - Competition benchmarking across all banks, NBFCs and MFI companies and come up with new products for rural branches - Drive and execute the various campaigns and contest across CASA and revenue products on bank in the rural branches/ geographies - New product launches as per the market/ segment requirement. - Liasing with various business correspondent of the banks to tactically leverage low cost banking outlet model Requirement : - B.tech/B.Com from Tier 1 college (IIT or tier 1 NITs) - MBA from Tier 1 or 2 college. - Should have excellent Analytical skills and reasonable presentation skills - Past experience of working and managing mid to senior level stakeholders - Past experience in rural / NBFC/MFI is preferable but not mandatory - Minimum 2 years of work experience
