IndusInd Bank - Program Manager - Mid & Back Office - Indulge

Job Description :

- To put together the process flows for the Mid office and Back office in co-ordination with the strategy team.

- Liaising with SDG, Technology, Centralized ops.

- To work with the service team for putting together processes related to transaction management.

- Internal MIS and ongoing analysis - tracking performance deviations.

- Responsible for Business Analytics

- Transactional liaising with external parties (example - payment from AMCs)

- Mutual Fund Feed reconciliations

- Compliance Monitoring & Control - Ensure all RMs are selling as per checks and controls in the system & processes, deferral tracking etc.

- New comer initiatives and hiring support.
