IndusInd Bank - Product Manager - SME - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

JOB SUMMARY :

To handle digital lending/ Customer Acquisition for SME products via digital properties like Mobile, Website, and Online Aggregators etc. Also drive digitization of SME asset products and create a framework for straight through process for lending. Also handle strategic partnership and alliances to enhance customer acquisition and improve customer experience. Also ensure that the efficiency is improved across the value chain and functional stakeholders requirements are met.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITY :

New Product business strategy :

1. Responsible for new digital lending initiatives of the bank including new product launches, Digitization of current products/processes and roadmap design for other SME assets and liability products.

2. Provide high quality solution and manage the delivery of projects through the complete lifecycle from Initiation through to operations. Ensuring that the project is delivered on time, meets business & technical requirements.

- Digitize the SME Banking products and Drive Acquisition through STP/X-SELL Campaigns:

1. Responsible for creating seamless digital asset/ liability products with focus on customer experience and revenue drive.

2. Ability to create innovative offerings and one- click journey through the digital channels.

3. Drive solution decision by customer's need understanding and product functionality knowledge.

Increase Usage of the Digital lending Channels:

1. Responsible for increasing the customer usage of Digital lending channels by running organic campaigns, affiliate programs, affiliate marketing, co-branded products strategy etc.

2. Work on product improvements by taking feedback from peers, staff and customers.

PREFERRED SKILL SET :

1. Should be a thought leader in the organization brimming with innovative ideas to help various aspects of the business. Also think for cross border tie-ups and partnership for increasing revenue.

2. Ability to lead and initiate cross departments processes.

3. Prior experience in Product Management or Digital lending / Portfolio management role for SME products. Functional knowledge of Lending in Corporate, BBG, LAP, BL, LACR etc. from sales or product side.

4. Team player, Independent, positive, energetic, self-motivated & excellent communication skills

5. Candidate should be from Tier 1 B- School with a 3-5 years of work experience
