IndusInd Bank - Product Manager - Savings & Deposit Product - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Responsibility Areas -

- Responsible for managing the Savings & Fixed Deposit Product Value Proposition

- Responsible for growth in Savings Account & Fixed Deposit Balance Sheet in line with the PFC budget

- Implementation of Product/Process/Channel related initiatives which create substantive incremental business impact

- Support to frontline sales team & branches to enable achievement of Savings Account & Fixed Deposit client acquisition targets

- Roll Out of Campaigns & Promotion centered around product value story to enhance customer engagement & stickiness

- Support branches, SDG, frontline sales, relationship channel & other internal units on queries / complaints related to Savings & Fixed Deposit Accounts

Preferred Skill Sets:

Educational Qualification -

MBA from Premiere B- School preferred

Technical Knowledge -

Candidate should have hands on knowledge on :

- CBS (Finacle)

- MS Office

- Internal MISes

Eligibility for selection -

Candidates must have a strong Retail background. Product Exposure preferred
