I. Product & Policy Management

- TW Policy Management

- Responsible for 2 Wheeler product development and management (New Product development, Product Improvisation & Standardization).

- To work with credit counterpart to define 2 Wheeler product underwriting and ECC approvals.

- To drive a solution set across development teams (Credit, operations, technology, Risk & compliance, legal etc.) through a proper system understanding and design process and system for 2 Wheeler.

- Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to ensure products adhere to regulatory standards and extend support to product audit and compliance

- To have a thorough understanding of the recovery, repossession and auction process, legal procedures under SARFAESI/DRT/etc, and handle legal formats and communication.

- Stay abreast of regulatory changes in industry and ensure our products comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

II. Codification of Documents

- Prepare product Program notes for internal and external circulations

- Prepare and update policy paper note and getting concurrence from all the stakeholders

III. Legal/Compliance

- Review and Standardizing Agreements

- Client level documentation

- Recovery/repossession/auction/SARFAESI communications
