JOB SUMMARY The role is responsible for end to end management of the Fixed deposit &amp; Safety Lockers Products DETAILED RESPONSIBILITY - Responsible for managing the Fixed Deposit &amp; Safety Lockers Product Value Proposition - Responsible for growth in Fixed Deposit Balance Sheet in line with the PFC budget - Implementation of Product/Process/Channel related initiatives which create substantive incremental business impact - Support to frontline sales team &amp; branches to enable achievement of Fixed Deposit client acquisition &amp; growth targets - Roll Out of Campaigns &amp; Promotion centered around product value story to enhance customer engagement &amp; stickiness - Support branches, SDG, frontline sales, relationship channel &amp; other internal units on queries / complaints related to Fixed Deposit Accounts &amp; Lockers PREFERRED Skill Set / Education / Background: Educational Qualification: MBA from Premiere B- School preferred Technical Knowledge: Candidate should have hands on knowledge on : - CBS (Finacle) - MS Office - Internal MISes Candidates must have a strong Retail background.
