Job title: Product Manager - Digital Platforms - MSME Lending.

Location: Gurugram/Gurgaon.

BU/Function : Digital Lending

Reports to: Product Head - Digital Lending

Role Details:

The individual shall be responsible for developing & managing platforms for MSME lending. The individual will work closely with the Product Head Digital Lending to create frictionless client journeys.

Overall Job Description :

- Define product roadmap for digital lending platforms of the Bank for MSME segment for different product lines like Business loan, LACR, GST based lending etc. MSME lending experience is preferred.

- Customer focused thinking with deep understanding of customer needs and aspirations.

- Define use cases for leveraging the platform for own clients as well as for new clients via Bank's distribution channels as well as via partnerships in order to build on a completely digital journey.

- Cross-functional collaboration. Work with multiple stakeholders internal (Solution development Group, IT, Product, Risk) external(vendors and partners) to drive and implement product development and changes.

- Ability to organize, manage and prioritize tasks, prior experience working with engineering through complete product lifecycle.

- Ensure core platforms/business rule engines as APIs are productionized to facilitate open banking initiatives of the Bank.

- Constantly benchmark platforms against best in class globally to create frictionless client journeys as digital infrastructure matures.

- Good to have an understanding of digital marketing in order to drive the adoption of platforms via client campaigns or via partners.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

EDUCATION :

Essential requirement: MBA/PGDBM from Tier 1 College.

WORK EXPERIENCE :

Essential requirement: 3-5 years of work experience in developed and managed platforms for MSME segment in any bank / NBFC / Fintech in MSME lending segment.
