Job title: Product Manager (Digital Payments)

Location: Gurgaon

BU/Function: Digital Payments

Job Responsibilities: As a Product Manager, will be leading the product roadmap for the digital products such as Prepaid Cards, FASTag, AePS, Micro-ATM & UPI primarily through various branches, program managers, technology service providers etc. along with close coordination of NPCI/RBI along with internal IT & SDG team.

An important part of the Digital Payments team, this individual will drive the projects with various clients which includes managing the Product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements. It also includes working with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Build Digital Payment:

- Define product strategy & roadmap for digital platform.

- Execute product roadmap and Responsible for end to end Product Development Lifecycle management.

- Define use cases for leveraging the platform for new and on boarded customers via digital channels as well as via partnerships.

- Should be able to convert BRD/PRD to with prioritized features and corresponding justification.

- Create user journey and flows and closely work with UI/UX designers for wireframes/visual designs.

- Work closely with multiple stakeholders and teams - Technology partners, in-house Technology, Digital Solutions, Credit, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Business teams, for driving the timely launch of products/features.

- Manage sprint, product release and launches on regular intervals.

- Fulfil duties of a Product Owner, including sprint planning/reviewing meetings, and maintaining the product backlog.

- Work closely with NPCI/VISA/MasterCard & other external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.

- Be an expert with respect to the competition.

- Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals.

- Deliver a monthly revenue forecast & should be able to propose an overall budget to ensure success.

- Develop sales tools and collateral for marketing the product rightly.

- Work closely with User Growth team to understand product use cases, customer journeys, business applicability etc. for new product/feature designs and launch

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

EDUCATION:

- MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 college

WORK EXPERIENCE:

- 4-6 years of post MBA experience

- Prior experience of developing and managing digital business will be an added advantage

- Prior experience of working on digital products in financial services industry will be a bonus
