In this position you will lead the specifications of our product, work with our Solutions/IT on new innovations, do hands-on research, develop, design and implement use cases across the banking verticals basis Business Requirements with one or more partners.
JOB REQUIREMENTS -
- Have exposure to working on mainstream Digital Channels like Net or Mobile Banking
- Have exposure to Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning use cases across financial services domain
- Sharp and innovative mind, and the ability to think independently and apply technology and digitization for banking use cases
- Hands on product implementation preferred with Banks
- Ideal candidate should have 3+ year experience in Digital/Innovation vertical of banks.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to get inputs and
- Ability to analyze market and evaluate vendors
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide high quality solution and manage the delivery of projects through the complete lifecycle from Initiation through to operations. Ensuring that the project is delivered on time, meet business & technical requirements.
- Orchestrate the work with IT and product to ensure deliveries and priorities are set and met.
- Drive solution decision by having high-level technical architecture and customer's needs understanding, and product functionality knowledge.
- Lead and support the Business units through the implementation phase.
- Contribute to the project efforts by doing some of the work as configuration, account setting and testing.
- Partner of the Operations and Production Support on an on-going basis for handling operational and technical challenges the customer face, including after the implementation phase ends.
- Manage day to day AI queries by working with a cross-functional center of excellence team.
- Work on product improvements by taking feedback from peers, staff and customers
REQUIREMENTS
- Education from Tier- 1 Institutes with 4-5 years of experience
- Track record of delivering projects within a technically complex and dynamic environment.
- Understanding of Banking processes on day to day customer disputes.
- Ability to lead and initiate cross departments processes
- Demonstrate leadership in front of customers and peers
- Excellent Communications skills
- Team player, Independent, positive, energetic and self-motivated
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
