IndusInd Bank - Product Manager - Digital Banking

We- re looking for a product manager to join our growing digital banking team. The candidate will be responsible for defining the digital product strategy across consumer banking products, identifying new innovative products and partnerships to drive digital sales and coordinate with stakeholders to develop, launch and drive the product in market.

Key responsibilities:

- Drive digital product sales create a cost effective digital acquisition engine

- Manage partnerships with internal & external stakeholders to define, execute and monitor online sales from various online partners

- Understand digital banking trends, competition USPs and identify opportunities for innovative digital products

- Formulate business case and revenue generation model from digital products and present the same to business stakeholders and senior management

- Define, lead and coordinate with stakeholders to execute the project within deadlines.

You should have:

- Product management or digital sales experience in a fast paced sector like e-com, telecom, fintech etc.

- Strong analytical skills and business acumen to define & measure KPIs for product success that drive P&L

- Experience in leading cross-functional teams with minimum authority and influence senior management and stakeholders

- Pro-activeness to identify new opportunities and partners for product development and form strategic alliance partnerships to generate revenue

- Strong presentation skills; ability to articulate new opportunities and business case to senior management

- Ability to prioritize among various projects and comfortable working in ambiguous and fast changing work environment

- Ability to think through the entire spectrum of customer journey and product value creation from business, sales, product and technology perspective

- MBA and/or bachelor's in business, technology/ engineering preferred

- Interest and knowledge of web & mobile technologies and digital banking trends
