IndusInd Bank - Product Manager - Commercial Cards

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Competitor benchmarking and evaluation new technologies for new product development and to achieve customer centric products

2. Assist Product Head in developing new commercial products and solutions.

3. Actively track product profitability in association with the decision science unit to deliver the budgeted EBIT number for respective products

4. Liaise with marketing team to develop and implement new marketing strategies

5. Compliant on legal framework, adherence to regulatory guidelines and ratified by financial control.

6. Act as an interface for the sales team for any queries.

7. Develop systems and processes to optimize all processes

8. Ensure that all customer touch points are actively managed.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE :

1. Should be an MBA or equivalent

2. 2 years of Products background preferably Corporate Cards /Credit Cards /B2B payments. Overall 4+ years of experience.

3. Domain knowledge in the Payments industry

4. High level of analytical skills and good technological understanding
