- Be a single Project manager working with BU, Credit, CAD, Valuation and legal teams to create the best in class journey which makes the process easy for everyone involved and is ultimately able to delivery best in class TATs to customers
- Create complete roadmaps for lending journeys of SME customer (Exposure of 0-30 cr) by identifying and analyzing best in class market practices and systems
- Work with digital product teams plans to continuously improvise the journeys
- Work with Head of Products & Channels to identify, target Industry segments, collect and analyze feedback from sales team, credit teams, CAD teams and other stakeholders to shape requirements, features and end products for lending business.
- Conduct continuous market benchmarking exercise for other banks, NBFC as well as Fintech to see the systems they use and processes they follow
