IndusInd Bank - Portfolio Manager - Digital Purchase Finance

Job Responsibilities :

- Monitor overall portfolio of digital purchase finance from revenue and cost point of view to ensure RoA and Risk Cost of portfolio is in line with principles

- Work with product team to identify opportunities to maximize revenue leveraging pricing analytics

- Work with risk analytics teams to ensure risk costs are at acceptable levels and relevant portfolio correction is done in a timely manner

- Monitor partner level P&Ls to help maintain profitability at product / partner / client level

Key Skills / Experience Required:

Essential Experience: Atleast 4-5 years of overall experience in consumer finance ; at least 2 years of experience in purchase finance in a Bank / Fintech / NBFC

Essential Education: MBA from Tier 1/2 B-school or CA

Strong analytical skills with knowledge of tools such as SAS / Power BI, etc
