IndusInd Bank - Portfolio Manager - Business Loans & LACR

1. Portfolio analysis- Analysing data basis current policy parameters. Proposing & implementing changes for maintaining a robust portfolio. Sharing of various MISs with key stakeholders.

2. Manage financial & strategic deliverables for BIL & LACR

3. Define end to end process for new products & process enhancement of existing process flows.

4. Ensuring implementation of policy & process changes across geographies and imparting policy trainings. Working on LOS as part of key project.

5. System training & proposing system enhancements, ensuring reduction of TAT at business level.

6. Interaction with various central teams (Product/Legal/ Compliance/ Risk/Finance/Solution Delivery Group/ops etc.) on policy changes and implementation

7. Managing internal & external audit queries w.r.t. policy & closure of audit requirement within defined timelines

8. Innovate through alliances in the market

Knowledge, Skills, Qualification & Experience

1. Functional knowledge of lending in BBG/BIL/LACR/LAP etc.

2. Strong command on Ms Excel/Power point/Word

3. Good analytical skills

4. Good communication & people skills

Graduate: Any Graduate

Post Graduate: MBA(Finance)/CA/ICWA
