Manager - Risk Containment Unit - Credit Cards & Personal Loans
Purpose of role : City Manager (RCU) will be responsible for managing all related processes of Risk Containment Unit for said products (Credit cards and Personal loans) of the city where posted
Roles and responsibilities :
- Manage empanelled vendors across the location(s) for related processes.
- Work closely with key stakeholders and develop effective working relationships with various teams and ensure business as usual (BAU).
- Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancements and to deliver process improvements
- To gather and provide market information on latest fraud trends and risk patterns at regional level.
- Tracking and investigation of suspected cases through field investigation.
- Manage investigating vendors for field investigations and taking cases to logical conclusion.
- Establish and liaise with Law Enforcement Agencies for related investigations.
- Identify the fraudsters and take corrective action which may involve law enforcement departments.
- Manage existing Police complaints filed and initiate fresh police complaints to secure the losses from fraudsters.
Competencies :
- Should have experience in field risk investigation
- Knowledge and experience commensurate with this role and having dealt with Law Enforcement Agencies.
- Practical and commercial approach to problem solving
Soft Skills :
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Should be able to perform within team and must be a good team player
- Problem solving and result based approach
- Ability to communicate the results and findings to management in a structured way
Qualification :
- Candidate must be graduate/PG
- Related certifications preferred
