Indusind Bank - Manager Quality Assurance ( Unsecured Assets)

Profile Requirement :

- 10-12 years of previous experience in financial services industry

- Previous experience in Quality Assurance (QA) is preferred

- Proficient understanding of risk management and credit assessment process pertaining to retail lending products.

Roles and responsibilities :

- Monitoring QA activities, test results, leaked defects, root cause analysis and identifying areas of improvement.

- Follows up on all quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with established standards,

- Ensure compliance with department policies and standards,

- Extend support for completion of internal & external audits including vendor audits

- Tracking and verifying corrective actions arising from QA Reviews

- Reviewing Risk processes on regular basis and suggest process improvements

- Engage stakeholders and create forums to drive quality objectives

- Represent the Bank in Banking Forums, Risk and Bureau Seminars
