Role: Manager - Mobility, Solution Delivery Group
Location: Gurgaon (Preferred) / Mumbai
Minimum Experience in relevant field: 5 to 6 years
Responsibilities :
- Understand and assemble the requirements from Business and Product teams.
- Assess the requirements through discussions with Technology teams and prioritize the projects to ensure that business expectations are met within pre-defined timelines
- Deliberate various available solutions for the requirements and choose the best which is cost effective and at the same time best suited for the meeting business requirements.
- Implementation of requirements from system perspective through discussions and coordination with Technology teams and Vendors for development and testing.
- Liaising with various departments to seek required approvals for rolling out of processes from Operational and Risk Management Perspective.
- Defining Standard Operating Procedures for the processes.
- Roll out of processes to various business units and ensure the regional Process Adherence Teams and centralized units are updated regarding the same.
- Notify the respective Business Units regarding the roll out of new processes and changes to processes, if any.
Work Experience
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in relevant fields such as Retail Banking, Direct Channels, Digital Banking & Mobility.
- Experience in Direct Channels including but not limited to Mobility implementation.
- Capability to analyze multiple interfaces impacting the application and coordinating with the respective stakeholders for prioritization of implementation.
- Proven ability to bridge technology and business goal to provide productive solutions to the required stake holders.
- Experienced in interfacing with key business units including Product, Operations, Vendor Management, and Technology Research
- Excellent communicator with emphasis on building strong relationships with IT and Operations personnel.
- Quick learner who can rapidly adapt to emerging technologies.
Additional Skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point.
- Knowledge of MS Project.
- Technical knowledge would be an added advantage
- Able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Functional & Technical knowledge of Mobility, Web based Applications
- Good understanding of Core Banking system (Functional & Technical) and the interfaces
- Experience in Product / Vendor Evaluation for mobility solutions
- Project Implementation for BFSI Sector in Mobile Apps (Smartphones and Tablet), Internet banking / Web based modules.
- Understands development processes and technical concepts
- Experience in Mobile Application Development Platform (MADP)
- Retail Banking exposure
