Manager - Business Compliance - Inclusive Banking Group

Responsibilities:

- Understand, review the processes/products, look into compliance/regulatory angle on these and suggest changes if any

- Ensure all such processes/products meet compliance / regulatory norms and keep monitoring, reviewing the same on periodic basis

- Handle all RBI/Statutory/Internal Audit/Concurrent related queries, co-ordinate with teams, draft reverts on the same to the satisfaction of auditors

- Keep a repository of all such queries/replies to ensure process/product related changes wherever required, and ensure the same are actioned and monitored.

- Take ownership of MFI, Other Asset Products' related regulatory reporting to various Govt Divisions including RBI are provided in time.

- Ensure any adhoc regulatory/compliance reporting to various Govt Divisions including RBI are provided in timely manner.

- Liaise with compliance team, MFI-subsidiary, IBG and other units on all regulatory/compliance aspects, and be one-point contact for the same.
