The role would be part of Decision Sciences Unit which spearheads initiatives that helps business leaders to make decisions in the Consumer Banking organization and will cover (but not limited to) 1) Design analytics driven strategy 2) Client value maximization 3) Digital Marketing and campaign This position will be responsible for: - Designing data and analytics driven strategy for the bank to ensure it help maximize client value. - Interact with BU owners/teams of all levels to review expected outputs, applicability to business challenges, and model measurement. - Responsible for developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining key analysis and models for customer segmentation, cross-sell\up-sell, retention and acquisition. - Evaluate campaign performance and derive insights leading to strategy development and enhancement. - Assess analytics opportunities and make subsequent recommendations as to the analytical approaches to be utilized that will drive the most value for the end-client. - Developing robust Predictive/Prescriptive models to solve critical business problems. - End to end owner ship of analytics/strategic projects. Preferred Skills: - Masters/Bachelors in any quantitative discipline (Business/Statistics/Mathematics etc.) with strong quantitative skills. MUST BE FROM TIER ONE INSTITUTE. - 5-7 years of analytics experience with focus on strategy analytics. - Ability to understand business challenges\requirements, design and deliver analysis &amp; mathematically model the requirements. - Ability to work in ambiguous and fast changing environment and multi task to get initiatives going. - Have a mindset to create business impact. - Proficient with statistical\machine learning techniques such as logistics regression, multivariate regression, customer segmentation, CHAID, Random forest, survival analysis etc - Strong data manipulation skills using SAS and familiarity with relational database design - Ability to develop models using SAS or other tools like R, Python etc. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel) and visualization. - Strong communication skills (verbal and written) - Experience in Retail Banking - Liabilities and/or Assets would be a plus.
