IndusInd Bank - Manager - Audit & Risk - Mortgages

This position will be part of the Policy team of LAP-Credit with the following key Responsibilities :

- Conducting Location audits on regular basis to ensure compliance to laid down policies and processes for LAP-Credit.

- Managing team of Peer audit review (PAR) along with regular training of Credit & Audit teams.

- Analyzing Mortgages Portfolio data and reporting to Senior management.

- Effectively managiing RBI and Internal audits.

- Driving the teams to improve portfolio quality and control delinquency trends.

- Close co-ordinations with multiple stakeholders like Credit, Product, Operations team etc.

- Implement robust portfolio strategy by monitoring and tracking portfolio trends

- Regular monitoring of portfolio behavior

- Implementation of various digitization and other projects driven by the Mgt.

- Improvement of products & processes being followed in the LAP division

We would need someone with minimum 7 years of experience in Audit/Risk in Mortgages.

Min Qualification: CA/MBA-Finance

Excel proficiency will be an added advantage
