IndusInd Bank - Manager - Asset Analytics - Portfolio Team - Consumer Banking Division - IIM/IIT/ISB/FMS/MDI

JD for Manager - Asset Analytics role in BBG to be based at Gurgaon Corporate office.

Job Purpose :

Manager - Asset Analytics will be part of Portfolio Team for Consumer Bank at IndusInd Bank. The individual will work closely with the senior leadership team of the Bank in defining short term and long term business strategy for the unit.

Job Requirements :

- Data driven business strategies for up-selling and cross selling of various asset products across Consumer banking

- Analytics would involve Financial analytics, Consumer analytics, Risk analytics and Sales & Marketing analytics

- Help develop new initiatives/products by analysing competitive landscape and bank's strengths.

- Support in long term strategic planning, annual business planning and reviews for the business

- Support in representation of consumer assets- performance to shareholders and investors by the management team

Skills Required :

- Strong analytical skills, problem solving ability, detail orientation & interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, Power point)

Education / Experience Required :

- MBA from Tier 1 B-School - preferably IIMs / ISB & Engineer from IIT / RECs

- At least 2-3 years of experience in analytics in financial services / banking
