Overall Job Description :
- Achieve NR acquisition numbers, SA & TD book growth and FEE targets by leading and managing a team of NR Acquisition Relationship Managers for the region
- Growing NR book value through deepening of existing mapped customers by superior relationship management and NR NTB customer acquisition via marketing leads, networking and customer referrals
- Building and driving NR acquisition through B-B-C alliances with Shipping Companies, Brokers, Travel Agents, Money Exchangers, NRI associations, Chartered Accountants, etc
- Drive on-ground activities, NRI festival campaign and NR specific marketing campaigns through branches to assist NRI acquisition for the sales teams
- To initiate and implement plans to improve throughput/productivity and operations efficiency so that the team meets overall KPI targets
- To assist branches and region in business development activities & closing complicated sales
- Monitoring sales performance of the team and actively leading and demonstrating acquisition of quality NR customers
- Cross sales of investment products like Mutual Funds, Insurance, FCNR deposits, etc. for generating revenue
- Customer Service by providing effective solutions to Customer Complaints
- Ensuring adherence to all audit and sales compliance requirement
- Drive the teams on various reward and recognition programs launched by HO team and keep the motivational levels high
