Role Details - The individual will Drive key partnerships with lead Aggregators / Fintechs / NBFCs / e-commerce players across products. Overall Job Description - Drive key partnerships with lead aggregators / Fintechs / NBFCs / e-commerce players across products such as unsecured personal loans, salaried overdrafts, purchase finance, small ticket personal loans, credit cards, etc in retail individual lending. - Partnerships can be in the areas of co-lending for specific segments / distributing bank's products to partner's clients / distributing partner's complementing products to bank's clients - Review the market landscape, identify partners, review business model of potential partners to bring relevant partnerships for review - Responsible for managing the partnerships, scaling them and accountable for delivery on business from each of the partners. Own the P&amp;L for delivery at a partner level - Monitor portfolio quality on a regular basis along with risk and analytics and take proactive corrective steps - Design new products working closely with Risk / Analytics teams for specific client segments to grow the business digitally end to end leveraging own / partner platforms - Define product and platform roadmap for digital individual lending. Constantly benchmark platforms against best in class globally to create frictionless client journeys across channels of the Bank - Lead a team of alliance managers to manage key partners and product development group working on product/platform roadmap - Work closely with solution delivery group and technology teams of the Bank on products and platforms - Work with cross-functional stakeholders across Risk, Legal, Compliance, etc to create these new lines of businesses Education and Work Experience Requirements: EDUCATION : Preferred requirement: MBA/ PGDM from Tier 1 Colleges ( IIM's/ ISB/ SP Jain) WORK EXPERIENCE : Preferred requirement: 5-7 year experience in Strategic Alliances/ Partnership's in Individual/MSME lending segment in product / sales function.
