Head - Business Intelligence/Analytics/Reporting

Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence tools, and reporting methodologies, along with proven leadership skills to drive strategic decision-making and optimize business performance.

Leadership and Strategy:

- Develop and execute the overall strategy for the BI, Analytics, and Reporting unit in alignment with the bank's objectives and industry best practices.

- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of BI initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.

Data Analysis and Insights:

- Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for senior management and various stakeholders.

- Utilize advanced analytics techniques, such as predictive modeling and machine learning, to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth and risk mitigation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from multiple sources and enhance data quality and integrity.

Business Intelligence Tools and Infrastructure:

- Evaluate, select, and implement cutting-edge BI tools and technologies to enhance data visualization, reporting capabilities, and self-service analytics.

- Optimize data architecture and infrastructure to support the storage, processing, and analysis of large datasets in a secure and scalable manner.

- Stay abreast of emerging trends and developments in BI and analytics to ensure the bank remains at the forefront of industry innovation.

Reporting and Presentation:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards, reports, and scorecards to communicate key performance metrics and insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Present findings & reporting's to executive leadership, board members, and other key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Governance and Compliance:

- Establish and enforce data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.

- Partner with legal, risk, and compliance teams to address any issues or concerns related to data protection and regulatory compliance.

- Experience in leadership or managerial role.
