IndusInd Bank - Business Manager - NR Client

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Support branches to achieve their objectives on the NRI business segment, including:

- NTB acquisitions

- NTB values

- RM revenue budgets

- RM book deepening

- Conduct training of branch staff on NRI products and services

- Review and monitor branch/staff (RMs / ROs) performance on NRI business

- Joint customer calls along with RMs / ROs

- Identify ground level initiatives for business growth and support branches / RMs / ROs to implement the initiatives

- Initiate tie ups with various institutions/organizations for sourcing NTB clients

- Identify and implement business facilitator opportunity in rural / under banked areas

- Constant interaction with the Product group to provide ground level feedback for product related changes

- Benchmark with competition on a periodic basis (local level promos)

SKILL SET REQUIRED :

- Strong people management skills

- Knowledge of NRI business (products/regulations)

- Team management skills

EXPERIENCE :

- Min. 10 years of experience in financial services and NR related organization.

- Financial services background candidates.

- Well networked and connected from the affluent segment of society.

QUALIFICATION :

- Graduate/equivalent degree in any field.

- Postgraduates in finance or any field would be preferred.

- Diploma or certification in finance or related field is preferable.

- AMFI certified is a must OR candidate must clear it before joining.
