KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Competitor benchmarking and evaluation of new product.
- Assist Sales Head in developing new commercial products and solutions.
- Actively track product deployment across the sales verticals.
- Liaise with product team to develop and implement new go to market strategies
- Act as an interface for the sales team for any queries.
- Actively manage all sales MIS and roll out of incentive programs
- Develop systems and processes to optimise all processes
- Drive synergy initiatives within the bank.
- Ensure that all customer touch points are actively managed.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Should be an MBA or equivalent
- 2 years of Sales background preferably in B2B Payments Industry.
- Overall 6+ years of experience.
- Domain knowledge in the Payments industry
- High level of analytical skills and good technological understanding.
- Good MS office (Excel and PowerPoint) and Saas
